I learned the following recipes from Ceningson's Chests (all supreme I think):
lamb and carrot soup
lamb and mushroom soup
bowl of fresh water
cut of lean meat
cut of delicious meat
lamb and barley soup
lamb and onion soup
sweet honey and oats
bag of delicious crumbs
bag of hearty crumbs

Dumped a poopload of Supreme & Westfold Cook recipes via Abiadan to Ceningson's chest, moved a bunch of the cook farmer ingredients to Pryde's, got some of the stacks of polished adamants and sent them off to the tailor, metalsmith, weaponsmith, and woodworker chests via their catchers as they're used in the 1-shot recipes.
